Tom Price is our original Pilbara iron ore mine and a cornerstone of our Western Australia operations.

Located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park, the site sits on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma people.

Since opening in 1966, Tom Price has supplied high-grade iron ore to global markets and continues to deliver strong production through safe, efficient mining and processing.

Tom Price is part of the Greater Tom Price hub, which includes Marandoo, Western Turner Syncline 1 and 2 (WTS1 and WTS2).

Marandoo began operations in 1994, and is located at the foot of Mount Bruce, adjacent to Karijini National Park and about 50 kilometres east of Tom Price.

WTS1 is located about 21 kilometres west of Tom Price, and WTS2 lies around 35 kilometres north-west of Tom Price.

Across the hub, our focus is on operational excellence, supported by ongoing investment in technology and infrastructure to maintain performance and sustainability for the future.
