Supporting Australian bushfire relief and recovery

Last updated: 1 October 2020

The Australian bushfire crisis has had a devastating impact on lives and communities throughout the country. Already, the fires have destroyed thousands of homes and millions of hectares, with tragic effects on lives, livelihoods and wildlife.

To help support affected communities, we have donated A$1 million to the Australian Red Cross relief efforts.

Additionally, we are matching employee donations to a variety of organisations, up to A$1 million. Charities include Foodbank Victoria, Hunter Wildlife Rescue, NSW Rural Fire Service and NSW State Emergency Service, among others.

For our employees affected by the fires and those involved in firefighting and relief efforts, we are ensuring they receive full leave entitlements and are continuing to explore other ways to help affected communities.
